Their sales service and customer service overall just sucks. We bought a 2018 Chevy traverse paid cash $33,000 for it and has had so many issues from the screen going out there is an error message that comes up shift to park which is still not fixed. The front rotor it was making noise that was supposed to be fixed is making noise again. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody please save your money and go buy a hooptie.

THey have a great sales force. I worked with Khaled, Chase and Paul. THey worked with me to figure out the best possible solution for my end of lease and my milage overage. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Equinox with a very reasonable car payment and no out of pocket. Very pleased this is the 5th vehicle we have purchased/ leased from Chapman. Excellent service.

I purchased a 2018 Sonic Hatch that I was made aware of by the Cars.com search engine. The Cars.com asking price did not include the Chapman Package, which was already added to the car. This was a $1575 upcharge from the Cars.com asking price and was a deal killer since it made it seemly impossible to make an offer less than the Car.com asking price. Amazingly Brian Young was able to save the deal by essentially giving me the Chapman Package at no cost and also reduce the Cars.com asking price that was acceptable to me. Grea... read more

Chapman Service is good. However the quality of my 2014 full size pick up truck with 67,000 miles on it sucks. $65,000 truck.. 2nd plastic door handle is broken/falling off the truck, leaking transmission fluid and defective oil pressure sensor all out of warranty, no help from GM, cost thousands to repair... I suppose expecting quality for $65k was a mistake.

There was a problem with the 2018 Audi resale that I bought, that was not discovered during the pre-sale inspection process. Chapman Chevrolet stepped up and resolved the issue at no additional cost to me. In theory, they could have claimed, "Let the buyer beware." But, they did not. I believe that shows integrity and makes them the kind of people you want to deal with, when buying a used car.
