Last May I purchased a new vehicle and was pleased with the process. Prior to going to the location, I had been looking online for a certain vehicle with certain features. I found it here, and the price was acceptable, so I drove down to the location and didn't even test drive the vehicle (it had 8 miles on it) and purchased it. Went in to get an oil change. They said I needed a cabin air filter. I had just replaced it within the last 2 weeks. They went back to the tech he said he stood by his decision. They did not produce it to me to show me yet they did show another lady hers. l checked the glove box there was no indication that they dropped it to check it. How many other things are they telling me I need that I really don't.
UPDATE: After talking with Darren, he assured me this would not happen again. And explained that there are changes being made to correct the issues that I pointed out in my review. And went above and beyond to make it right. It’s customer service after a purchase that makes or breaks a customer’s experience. And Darren has definitely corrected that.
