I have been using Chapman Chevrolet SINCE 1985 and have never had a bad experience. I am 100% satisfied with all my purchases and the service they provide.
it's been 4 or 5 weeks total and my car isnt fixed. long story short on jan 7th you all should have had the parts. 4 days were promised and it's the 28th and no one has followed up (Ron) and I think it's because I declined tires and cabin air filter. I mean with all the issues I should get priced matched with discount or costco but no. the cabin air filter i had replaced before taking it in and they recommended a change.....

I bought my truck here last month, I haven’t even made the first payment yet. They have had my truck in service for 12 days now. Ryan Cronin my service writer is awful with communication, doesn’t return phone calls, when you finally get in touch, he acts like I’m a hassle. My issues are most certainly not a priority here. I called Darren Underwood, the service manager and haven’t received a phone call back from him either. They have a shocking lack of customer service.
