My boo got a car here and after 10 days said he had to put a down payment which he offered the 1st time he came in here now 3 or 4 visits later and no return call they have not returned our call now we r at dealership waiting on finance person for resigning of paperwork. .they have no customer service and have u waiting for hours
I would give zero stars if I could. These people are so shady. You always feel like they're lying to you or hiding something from you and waste your time with stupid sales tactics. Our salesman was very kind, but didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about cars. When we asked if the deal they were giving us was the best they could do, they said yes... Four hour wait for a simple air bag service issue!!! The service department sucks here!!! Not the 1st time we had a issue here!!! Not doing business with you ever again!!! You over book people which is ridiculous!!! Why schedule an appointment??? It took 3 hours alone for you to even look at the truck!!! It wasn't even our mess up..... What a joke... bought a chevy traverse from them, not even 12 hours later and it breaks down.... salespeople here are rude and ignorant and the service dept... don't get me started with their lack of intelligence. ... hubby lost a day of work and the still they can't give me an answer what the hell is going on...husband has been here 5 hours now.... you would think they would have at least plugged it into a computer to try to diagnose the problem... common sense is TOO much to ask for.... total lack of faith in this dealersh... read more
I bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox back in January and I have been loving life ever since! Great gas mileage and such a smooth ride. Took my car in for an oil change and to check my tires. I thought the staff was very friendly and nice. If I need to, I'll be back for an oil change here again.
