I had a terrible experience with the manger and the finance guy there. This was just a couple days ago. They harass you with phone calls and they even called my friends and mom to see if I would purchase the truck. But they said they weren't harassing me at all. They said they would get back to me with a better deal and never did. I don't recommend anybody going there.
Best service department in the Valley. I drive all the way from the West Valley because of their quality & care.

I have purchased 2 vehicles over the last 7 years from Syed at Chapman. I will be purchasing my next one from him as well when we're ready. He is very helpful, informative, and never pressures us. The other reason I will buy from them is Kevin Mooney in the service department. I have experienced some issues with my traverse over the last few months.
