Took the car in for its first service & they said it would take about an hour and a half. They did an oil change, tire rotation, overall inspection & car wash in about 45mins! Great place to buy a car & great service! The guys were really nice too :)
I went fown to look a trucks and jept getting the run around on yrucks thst i wanted to look at. Theythen roceded to try and pus me into looking a a new truck that i didn't want. I dont like being told repeatedly that i am wrong and they know whats best. What is thst the customer is always right!? Not a chapman chevrolet.
This is the WORST dealership! Do not deal with them. They lie right to your face, not just the salespeople but the managers too. They pulled a classic bait and switch on us. We were dealing with Taylor all week scheduling an appointment to see a specific truck. Spoke with Andrew, Emily and even the GM Tim. We got follow up calls this morning to confirm that we were making the 2 hour drive. "We will move the truck right up front for you." What a great dealership with an awesome management!! Had the best experience ever manager George Salman is the best he made our day smooth, easy with a great happy ending! I got the car I wanted with exactly everything I asked for. I recommend that place to everyone who's looking for a great deal and an awesome experience !!
Worst place ever. Don't even think about getting a car here! They screwed me with a 2011 malibu chevy grand total with the loan around 14,000 somethng I still owe 9 something on it! Not to bad I guess I also put a down payment of 500. But wait there's more. I've had my car for 1 yr 6 months ish already.
