So my girlfriend goes to purchase a car spend 3 nights at Chapman Chevrolet and comes home tonight crying with her old trade in thank you Chapman it only took you 15 hours to figure out that somehow she doesn't qualify for a car when she qualifies to buy a house you guys really suck
The service department is not great! If they tell you it will take 2 hours plan to wait even longer. They are more into making money then customer service.
Typical bait and switch shenanigans with these guys. Contacted their Fleet Manager to purchase a 2015 Silverado that they had listed on their site. Price listed was discounted since they are now selling 16's. Guess I was too easy of a sale off the bat since I did not need a test drive, financing issues or haggling.. Just wanted to purchase the truck. Robert R. and Aurelio helped me into a new 2016 Malibu Limted LT in record time! Great customer service, great deal. I can not give enough praise to this dealership. Other managers even stopped to say hello and congratulations to me.
At first I gave Chapman a better review but after careful consideration, I take it back. First, my complaint was never addressed because the Manager never called me back, which doesn't surprise me! Also, when they told me a check would be mailed to me for my refund of license fees, it still hasn't been received after 4 days. Don't waste your time with these people. The only thing they are good at is absolutely nothing!! If you are outside your mind and do decide to go there, definitely avoid Wayne in finance. His people skills are worse than his atrocious hair cut.
This is a dishonest service department. Last week Tyler told me I needed new brakes and quoted roughly $1350. We negotiated down to $1000. I said no and called Van Chevrolet and scheduled a service appointment. At Van now. They just told me I do not need brakes just a little grinding etc. Price, $350. Enough Said!
