Been here one night so far, the sink in the room has broke, the video arcade stole our money and service at the restaurant we gave up any hope of being served after 40 minutes, the room service guy promised to come back with fresh towels, never did. Congratulations on being the worst hotel we've stayed in!! avoid!!!

Estuvimos 8 dias ahí y todo genial. El personal muy amable, todos los días encontramos todo limpio, la alberca techada y cada noche transmiten películas en la piscina. El precio muy económico y todo esta muy cerca. Nos gustó mucho
A bit of confusion at check in...staff including manager was very friendly and accommodating. The website pictures do not project what it is. The rooms are very small. This IS NOT A RESORT. It is a motel about 40 years old. We had reserved 2 rooms and one of the air conditioners went out and all they offered was 1 fan. Was told there were no other rooms availab le. Achei um lugar muito agradável e bem especial para esta em família.
my daughter got ate by bed bugs, i pulled the sheets back and saw them on the bed. They moved us to another room. food was great and we enjoyed the pool. I won't stay here again tho, not happy about the bed bugs at all.
