The hotel is great I chose it for the second time staying in it on my vacation for 28 days, but the quality dropped quite had many problems such as lack of education of the receptionist Steph, deliveries of hotel orders that are not noted in the control book and they say No deliveries needed to insist until they find and still charge for them, room with spiders, room cleaning were not done, I left dollar for cleaning the maids took it and they did not clean the room, they did not exchange bath towels, low quality WiFi. The housekeeping broke my tablet there and lied about it and I lost out of my money because I forgot to send it the receipt
The good place to stay but their Internet system is atrocious. That has to be fixed before I come back to this place again a lot of stuff for sports league with pools but the Internet sucks.
Very happy very impressed pay no attention to the bad reviews. Place was clean pools are great, wow the price is right.
This is NOT a resort. This is a joke. I would rather stay at a motel 6. The refrigerator leaked all over the carpet, the bathtub did not drain and the rooms just felt dirty. Not to mention the beds are smaller than they said they were. I will not be staying here again, and I recommend no one to stay here.
Only problem I'm having is the WIFI ain't picking up.
In the pictures of the website was nice but I don't think so in person, smell horrible and dust air-conditioned please don't go there .
