Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean but you could tell it needed updated. The door to the bathroom never wanted to open and the beds you could feel the springs. The door to the bathroom needed painting and the vent was half off. My kids loved the pool with the movie at night and the grounds were kept very nice. The breakfast in the morning was Ice cold when we ate at 9am and that was a bummer so we didn't eat at it the other two days we were there. We always have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Child friendly. My grandson loves it there. I wish the pools were a little warmer, they are not my idea of heated pools. I don't get in now when we go there because I don't like it it's too cold, that's what my whole family says. We will visit again until I find one near that truly has a heated pool.
My family enjoyed our stay.... they loved the heated pools. The only things I didn't like was there wasn't carpet in the rooms and the inability to control the thermostat. I called for maintenance.... they never showed up. Other than that.... great experience.

You can tell it's an older hotel, but our room was clean and the nature park area and sports fields were so nice for relaxing between theme parks! They have 3 pools, all heated, and although it was too cold to swim when we were there, they looked great! My only complaint would be that the mattresses weren't too comfy. Overall, great place for a visit to Disney.

They use key words to over sell this place. Room smelled like mold and was dirty. Staff inattentive and manager was rude. Hours for restaurant/bar inconvenient. Shuttle service was lacking in convenient times and transportation provided was embarrassing. Never again for this dump
