The manager lied about me I'm having a queen room and I reserved a king room and told me that the queen room was a better choice for me and he was it the managers a fucking liar in the price I pay was for a king premium room they run out so he made it his business to down grade me talk about a upgrade he lies very disappointed
I have stayed here multiple times 5-6 times a year for last five years. Never had a bad stay . Yes they put a hold on 50 bucks or so for incidentals (even sometimes charge it ) it is always returned (assuming room not missing anything) And they charge 7.00 a day resort fee (included if you book on their site ) it was in the fine print when you book thru someone else (3rd party) microwave and fridge in all rooms (as far as I know) Room always Clean, white fabric comforters that are bleached.Tile floors (not funky carpet) on s... read more
Had a blast. nice relaxing and I had a nice view on Disneys fireworks. It was nice to have a little chit chat with the store guy. And nice place to have a little choice in eating. I didn't want to go back home. Thanks for the service
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and loved how nice the staff is this was last year during halloween horror nights and decided tp stay again this year everything seens to be going great... they fixed out smoke detector when it starting beeping. I wpuld recommend this place no questions asked. We did ready the reviews and decided we should go herr anyways and it was beyond what we expected. Had a problem and they fixed it right away and their prices are not to bad either.
The hotel it self was clean and tidy, my only complaint was the receptionist who was totally unhelpful and some what rude when we orginally tried to check in a little early

Me gustó el hotel. Muy cómodo y para quedarse cuando uno va a los parques. Lo que no me gustó fué el internet que es sumamente inestable. Muy buena atención.
