Muito bom....fui muito bem recebido e atendido...sem falar no senhor da loja de conveniência, super simpático e prestativo. Próximo a Disney mas longe da Universal!!!! Possui serviço de transporte para os parques!!!!

Their general manager sucks and they allow room service to open the door without authorization which was real rude and disturbing. They do not haw to handle anything professionally and is real rude once again I can't believe how rude the general manager was.

When my family pulled up the look on me and my husband's face read "oh no"! I carried on to the check out and was greeted by a worker.....got checked in and went to room 501. This particular room was a separate building off to the side and looked like I just pulled up to the hood. The room smelled like cleaning products and the tv channels didn't come in, however the room want dirty just not a cozy feeling. Top! Clean rooms, 3 amazing pools, sports fields, restaurant, bar, and wonderful nature park trail! Always had clean towels, outdoor movies for the kids every night at the pool. Top customer service! Fitness room and gift shop. This was our first stay here and we will be back again. Couldn't ask for a better place for the price! I didn't expect much after reading some of these posts, but we were VERY happy!!! Stayed for a week. We WILL be back.
