Went to movie poolside which was for children "Never ending story" loved it. Bonfire by pond with fountain which loved as well. Got a great deal$ & truly can't complain unless there are hidden charges don't know about yet.
Very helpful staff and facility. The warm under roof pool is a plus good.
i've stayed here for 2 weeks and had my breakfast here every day because it was very good and enough choice. The front swimming pool is nice and warm, the staff is friendly and the nature park is a nice place to be. The room was good, nothing fancy but good only on sundays they don't make up your room because theit too busy with the rooms of the people who checked out apparently.... Well the first night was horrible.. the air didn't turn on.called the front desk then they sent security to help , he tried but still nothing it was to late to get another room my kids were already sleeping. . The floors was dusty also. Next morning we complained and they gave us a room on the first floor and it was spotless..and the air worked.. I knew it was going to be spotless because I saw housekeeping cleaning it and I watched her mop and do everything I would of done .. so I asked for that room ..hahaha
El hotel limpio y el cuarto muy grande y el baño todo muy comodo y si esta el cuarto como sale en las fotos del web hasta mas grande y la location super muchas tiendas y restaurant al rededor y la alverca grande agua caliente y techada al aire libre selos recomiendo
Hotelroom door was wide open when we came back. Housekeeping left it like that wide open everybody could have walked in and stole stuff. This is the worst hotel in kissimmee. Never coming back.
Not the best and not the worst. Rooms need updating for sure. Beds not very comfortable either.
