Front desk wait times are horrible. Resort ok. Breakfast area was a mess with one person doing everything needs more staff at front desk and restaurant
Terrible place and very disgusting not a place for families unsafe lightning and very dirty
Nice place but if you like sleep do not stay here! No insulation in the walls our ceilings. You could here everything. We stayed here 3 nights and got around 5 hours of sleep each night. I told the manager and she said there's nothing she can do about it. Worst experience ever!
This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We had to go and buy our own toilet paper because we couldn't get any.. the rooms were absolutely filthy. kids were screaming at the pool at 6am.. our room was messed up and after numerous messages never got one single return call. Definitely NOT worth the high price!!!
