Hotel excelente, reformado, quartos limpos e boa infra-estrutura. Infelizmente nosso quarto estava com o cofre lacrado e quando retornamos o cofre estava aberto e com o valor de 500 USD faltantes. Falamos com a gerente do hotel que a principio foi atenciosa, porém após o primeiro contato sequer nos atendeu mais. Não recomento devido a insegurança.
I thought the price was good. The pool and surrounding activities were nice. Area was good for the parks. Bed was comfortable. I didn't like the fact that the tile floors were dusty tho.
Atendimento foi bom, contudo, sumiu $500,00 do quarto e o hotel sequer fez uma investigação interna, apenas requisitou que aguardássemos a investigação policial!!! Não recomendo.... Iremos adotar as medidas legais e informar o fato nas agências de turismo brasileiras, afinal, grande parte dos turistas daqui são brasileiros....
The Best...gostei...o suficiente...academia só pra mim....muito bem localizado...fácil para as compras e muitos mas muitos restaurantes.
Wish I could rate it a zero, but I can't!! We stayed here last night and it's just horrible!! But, it was a place to sleep, is all that it was worth!! No hot water to take showers with as they came around last night passing notices the hot water wasn't working!! There is no working wifi... No free breakfast!! We tried to set the alarm clock to wake up and it was confusing to set!! The fridge kept making a clicking sound all night, which made it hard to sleep!! This room was very dusty and the bathroom wasn't clean and the wall are very thin can't get a good night sleep I had to go buy cleaning products to Clea the room myself .it's is at a reasonable price but it's not worth it if your trying to get some well needed rest..i must say this was the worst stay I ever had and I have had other room at this price... and the lock on the door was broke and the tub handle is on backwards. .wasn't please at all I will never revisit this hotel. ..and I'm 5'2 and I can touch the ceiling. ..so ... read more
If you want to sleep with roaches, mold, and a broken AC this is the place to go. Disgusting. Find somewhere else to go, even if it cost $50 more.
I love this place. Everything is on point couldn't ask for anything else!!!!
Received bed bug bites and an allergic reaction to the bites. Tried to inform management numerous times via email with attached photos and numerous phone calls and messages. STILL no response from either front desk manager or general manager. Good to know they care about their guest.
