Very pretty outdoor pond! Rooms were clean and staff was nice (: really enjoyed my stay here!
The lobby, lounge and grounds are very nice but the rooms are terrible. If they completely updated the rooms I would recommend it but not until then.
**** BEWARE **** This place is a complete 180 from what the company has pictured online. If there was ever a company guilty of "bait and switch", champions world resort would be it. The Manger is rude, and impatient, won't listen to the customer and is quick to have a negative attitude. The rooms stink, the place looks as run down as it could possibly get. We had to contact priceline to get our money back because we refused to stay at a run down dump. Save yourself the money and headache and use a well known hotel. The reaso... read more
Amazing staff! Great rooms! Beautiful and near some many things to do.
We just left but this hotel is great comfy beds nice pools great gym. Heater worked great things I say they could do is put more outlets and the tile I didn't care but some people might loved the place I don't get why people are rating it so low it is great and cheap will stay here again
Place is great, the grounds are GORGEOUS & the pools are nice & heated. Seems like all the staff does is clean. Will be coming back!
Very clean,very friendly so much to see with the nature park one of the team members Francisco kept our fire pit stoked for hours he was great
It's a good hotel. Not sure why people are complaining. And if they are, it's for the meaningless things like wifi, hot water, which all work for me. Maybe they should go somewhere where they can pay 200 a night so they can me happy.
FURTO! O Hotel é ótimo, tem uma infra-estrutura boa e foi reformado recentemente, porém tivemos o cofre de nosso quarto aberto e 500,00 USD sumiram de dentro dele. Não recomendo, um hotel precisa oferecer segurança aos seus hospédes isso é primordial. Relatamos o fato para a gerente do hotel que, a priori nos deu atenção e disse que faria uma investigação interna mas, no outro dia, sequer nos atendeu mais.
