love the heated pool and movies in the pool, breakfast quality is starting to go downhill will still come vack

I stayed here in August with my family. I loved every minute of it ! We had an issue with our mini fridge the 2nd day we were there and they came within an hour to replace it. We used the shuttle buses everyday to get the the Disney parks and the breakfast offered every morning was cheap and great ! The kids loved to make their own waffles!! Great experience and I have recommended to Many, many people in the last few months wishing to visit Disney. I plan on staying here again in the future !
This hotel is alright. Staff is friendly. The only issue I have is the WiFi doesn't connect to the rooms. We (friend & I) had to call down several times for them to do something about it. The TV was very fuzzy though. 3 pools and plenty of parking.

This resort is awesome and I would highly recommend this resort
So disappointed. Had to leave the room had roaches live and dead everywhere and a lot of dust all over the ceiling. Ruined my girl friends birthday weekend!
Great atmosphere. Staff was mostly accommodating. Bartender in tiki bar can use a little training. Rooms clean and plenty to do. Will definitely stay here again.
