Great resort! Beautiful at night at nature walk which is in walking distance. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. People were very polite
Worst hotel ever. We checked in, they send us to a room that is already occupied and has been for two days. They try to upgrade us to a 1st floor room by the noisy pool, after we had specifically requested 2nd floor. After 2 more moves we finally got a room, not because it was okay. But because we were out of time and were going to miss an event we came to town for. Manager tells us we can contact Expedia and work it out with them. Seriously, go here at your own risk.

I love this place we come here all the time the best hotel
No me canso de ir a éste hotel, muy limpio, desayuno exquisito, piscinas a buena temperatura, área de natural park muy acogedora BBQ área bueno para compartir en familia o amistades. Empleados y servicios en general muy bueno y diligente. Gracias a él Sr. Daniel Rodríguez (front desk) por su excelente servicio. Conclusión : Calidad, buen precio.
