hotel has nothing too much trouble and even then they charge $ 7 a day for fees I do not understand. when I bought the hotel from @cvc I was told that everything was paid for. An unpleasant surprise. the coffee machine is crap and the attendant treats you like crap just because you're a foreigner. It's not my problem if your job is bad!
I think some of these reviews are crazy.It is an older motel and we have been going for years.Every time we go something new has been added or improved..The nature trail is outstandingly beautiful! We evacuated to here for hurricane and were treated like family.. even the guests treated each other with compassion since we were all in the same boat. The staff is amazing..Look for Dalton!
We stayed during hurricane Irma. The power went off and we cancelled one night because of this and they would not give us a refund! Poor business and lack of compassion for us during a disastrous situation.
Would not recommend. Never stayed in a hotel that we had to call the plumber to plunge the toilet. Never had a hotel charge me for charges that are not mine & now they will not return my calls to refund my money, I'm now trying to fix it with the bank. The getting charged extra money & them NOT returning calls is the biggest reason I gave them such a low rating. Poor business. I stay in Orlando hotels average of 2-3 a year they're are much better ones for reasonable rates & same accommodations. I have no Godly idea how their... read more
