The hotel is definitely NOT a resort and that’s ridiculous they charge you a resort fee every night hahaha! The beds are firm and squeeky, the rooms are “OK”. I mean they are spacious and it’s a cheap room. You get what you pay for. Location is great, you have Walmart and every single restaurant you could dream of around. No free breakfast which blows. You can hear the neighbors next door late at night. Seems like people LIVE here by the way their room looks. I will never come back. Stay away!!
Fourth time here. Love the place. Great staff. Good area. Rooms more then worth it. Staff responds to needs quickly. Swimming pool, hot tub and pool movie night Friday night

Personal atento. Excelente servicio y un complejo hermoso. Destaco la atención del señor que atiende la tienda de recuerdos y el Restaurante.
Our family loved it. Obviously is not a high end hotel but it had everything we needed and more. It has 3 pools, jacuzzi, kiddie pool and at night they play movies. The nature park was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. We are a family of 6 I would definitely recommend it to families it has plenty of space for the kids to run.
Wow!!!! This hotel is not what we expected for the price. I thought I was getting myself in a nasty hole and it was the complete opposite. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL AND ROOMS ARE CLEAN!!!!!
