cockroach on path to lobby, was brought to desk persons attention said it wasnt his problem because it was not in room. security did nothing when a bunch of people were outside our room being obnoxious and loud after midnight, dog barking at midnight stains on pillow cases. n yes i made several calls to manager, left my number for him got tired of leaving messages. was not refunded. we checked out as soon as day light hit. Do not recommend this place.

This was our family’s very worst experience ever staying at a ‘resort’. We received bed bugs with medical documentation and the rooms were filthy. When we spoke to the Manager they told us there was nothing they could do and refused to assist or provide any support in remedying the situation. Please be aware - they will comment on poorly reviewed posts by saying they would appreciate the chance to make it right but then will not return calls or respond to instant messages or comments. I came down this way for work and let me tell you, This place is amazing!! I'm coming from Michigan, had a long journey and was just looking for a place to crash for the night. I found this paradise on groupon and I got way more than I expected. This is fantastic, great prices, friendly staff, and pet friendly (only $20 fee). Proper cleaning and complete room care, hair in the tub, soap scum clearly all over the tub, tub drain does not work correctly. Not welcoming at all per my experience. Wouldn't visit again nor recommend it to anyone. Lack of care from workers wont keep a business moving. Very dissapointed, wasted money.
Find somewhere else!! This place is awful, if you have young children I would not recommend staying here. We had to have our room moved due to excessive noise. At 1:48 AM we had to call security because people were smoking weed, screaming and cursing outside our room. You hear EVERYTHING through the walls. The rooms are disgusting and have mold we took pictures. The towels were stained.
