We haven’t even gotten into our room yet. The front desk girl was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t even offer to get us to check in and pay at least before 3:00pm. She lacked knowledge of helping us out with shuttle info and other transportation. If we had known these things we would have gone elsewhere where we could have paid a bit more But had a better check in and knowledge experience. Super disappointed.

Friendly staff but if you’re looking for a place on a budget this is not the place to go to. This place is very expensive for a place that is more like a motel. Not worth the price!

I indeed to stay with them again! Friendly staff and great price (Groupon). As late as it was, staff member Tresh greeting us with a smile and quickly checked us in. Upon hearing we were with many kids in 2 separate rooms that were far apart, she UPGRADED us AND placed us only 1 room apart. The facilities were always clean and we'll kept.
