Ok before I came to resort I called asked if pool is open they said yes so I booked my stay online paid for 2 nights was $32.00 for each night came to $92.96 i told them i had a dog when I got the door cards they told me ok they also said pool closed and I still had to pay additional $12 fee for 2 nights which I shouldn't have as everything was closed!!!!! Very run down shabby rooms. Damaged furniture. Better off staying at a hotel and would probably save some money while having a nicer room. Ridiculous cost for crappy room.
We loved this place. So much to do here. They have 3 pools, a nature trails, a spring fed lake, and a bon fire pit. We are really enjoying our stay here!!!
Todo estaba regular hasta que unos de los días encontramos animales dentro de la habitación dos veces incluyendo cucarachas grandísimas tienen que tener más higiene . Cuando le mostré la foto lo único que dicen es sorry no hacen reportes ni nada de lo sucedido. Y para terminar uno de los últimos días llegamos y la housekeeping nos dejó la puerta abierta arriesgando todas nuestras pertenencias y cuando lo informamos tampoco hicieron nada solo un sorry nuevamente . No puede ser posible que haya racismo y robó dentro de las instalaciones y que cobren x recoger paqueteria que uno mismo mando a pedir gratis , la selección quedo decepcionada no recomiendo para nada este lugar en fin
