Very run down shabby rooms. Damaged furniture. Better off staying at a hotel and would probably save some money while having a nicer room. Ridiculous cost for crappy room.
We loved this place. So much to do here. They have 3 pools, a nature trails, a spring fed lake, and a bon fire pit. We are really enjoying our stay here!!!
Todo estaba regular hasta que unos de los días encontramos animales dentro de la habitación dos veces incluyendo cucarachas grandísimas tienen que tener más higiene . Cuando le mostré la foto lo único que dicen es sorry no hacen reportes ni nada de lo sucedido. Y para terminar uno de los últimos días llegamos y la housekeeping nos dejó la puerta abierta arriesgando todas nuestras pertenencias y cuando lo informamos tampoco hicieron nada solo un sorry nuevamente . No puede ser posible que haya racismo y robó dentro de las instalaciones y que cobren x recoger paqueteria que uno mismo mando a pedir gratis , la selección quedo decepcionada no recomiendo para nada este lugar en fin
Los de seguridad son unos prepotentes no les recomiendo ese lugar tan mierda aparte de que roba tus cosas y desactivan cámaras para no quemar a sus ratas sin papeles nunca mas en ese lugar dios todo lo ve dios me lo s bendiga con sus acciones q tuvieron asco de lugar
