Fuimos a un torneo con la selección mexicana y nos hospedamos ahí y nos robaron las compras de varios jugadores y ropa que teníamos... Una porquería de hotel, pésimo servicio a los mexicanos nos trataron muy mal y los trabajadores burlándose de nosotros por todo lo que nos robaron
Un hotel de la verga, mal servicio, nos robaron, nos querian dar otras cosas, nos quitaron nuestras habitaciones, sacaron nuestaras cosas, nos corrieron, el gerente muy malo es un idiota
Secure deposit $50 was not returned 😡 I sent about three messages to administration and no answer for 14 days. I gave a positive feedback after check out but currently I am very disappointed about hotel due to secure deposit.
Las camas suenan como si fueran viejas, los resortes se te incrustan en la espalda. De 7 habitaciones probadas las 7 poseen camas en pésimas condiciones. El personal no me ayuda a cambiarme de habitación. Por otra parte, las habitaciones no tienen aislacionismos acústica por lo que escuchas todo lo que hablan en la habitación del lado. Si en la otra habitación encienden la ti en la noche, no puedes dormir. Pésimo, no recomendable para nada.
The room smelled of must and we asked for a different room only for the second room down the hall was musty also... I'd give this place 0 stars! #grosss #allergies
We stayed there for 6 days. There is no free coffee in the lobby. The room cleaners smoked in our room when we were out. It was so disgusting smell of drug. My little two kids could hardly breath. The hotel says it is smoke free. They should reimburse us for this uncomfortable situation.
