Las instalaciones del hotel son magnificas pero el servicio no es el mejor. Los trabajadores son amables pero la politica del hotel tiene algunos fallos. Yo reserve una habitacion con desayuno para dos adultos y dos niños, pero en ninguna parte dice que los niños tienen que tener menos de 10 años para tener derecho a desayunar y por lo tanto NO me ofrecieron desayuno para los niños si no lo pagaba. RecommendedBeautiful resort. 3 pools, a hot tub, and a tiki bar. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Nature area was incredible.
