The resort was wonderful.The rooms were very clean. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD WAS PLENTIFUL
Will never stay here again. Our room was by big pool music was so loud you couldn't hear your tv. Or relax. Had a 1" gap under the door. It was like you were in a night club. They call it a resort NOT IT'S a motel. Room service.. didn't swet or mop all week. Free breakfast??? Fruit and cold cereal. If you want anything else you have to pay for it even oatmeal. The pool is not indoor it's covered. I asked if they could turn it down. NOPE.
Run down resort, far from four stars. ..I'd give it a two at best....a lot nicer places to stay in Orlando. ..we are only overnighting until our house rental becomes available. ..consider elsewhere. ..

I love this Hotel! they always make me feel like family. I enjoy their beautiful garden, the pools, the whole staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean. A few months ago my mom fell ill while we were there and I really appreciated all Dolton the Manager and the staff did to make her comfortable, they treated her as if it was their mother. I would not go anywhere else.
Excelente hotel, buena atención, habitación muy cómoda, piscinas lindisimas, fácil acceso a todos lados (parques, atracciones, outlets, etc), ideal para ir en familia. Canchas de fútbol y asadores. Seria un placer volver!!!
