I don't see what the other reviews are talking about. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean and the water is hot. Pools are clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. Love walking the outdoor area. We have stayed here five times in a year.
My daughter and her partner are currently staying here. However after 2 nights feeling unsafe they have decided to find another hotel to check in to. On first night a man was sitting and sleeping on staircase right outside their room all night and not moved on. There also seems to be people hanging out in car park and around hotel that doesn't seem to be hotel residents. Older Resort, but very clean and friendly. Loved the movie in the pool.
Loved it, kids loved it and the grandkids loved it. Lots for the kids to do, beautiful trails and pond areas. Would definitely go back.
