El hotel es bueno ,pero tengo que decir que el personal de recepciones deben ser mas amables y no menospreciar a los latinos porqué somos los que le estamos pagando el sueldo así que breguen con esto y eduquen a su personal ,una sonriza y un buenos días no cuesta nada. Y aprendan español
Stayed 5/31-6/3 It was a decent place for the price and location. Pros: nice pools, great guest services for park ticket options, rooms were good, great buffet breakfast and good price. Cons: restaurant/bar onsite was lacking substantially, pools close at 8p not 11p, loud construction onsite, bus to park was extremely late and crowded (we had to stand for the 20 minute ride) plus bus back to hotel was nonexistent (we had to catch a cab back), it wasn't raining that bad and entire hotel electricity went out (no tv lights micr... read more
If you call the second story balcony railing falling off, dead bolt broke off and a giant hole behind a hinged mirror which lead to another room a good time then this is the resort for you
Charged a deposit in cash after I paid online to book.... I had a room reserved with a sofa bed they gave my room away and gave me a smaller room with a roll away.... Charged me for the bigger room and charged me an extra day... Customer service is awful they are rude... This isn't at all what it says it is.......days later i was charged $250 on my card for no reason biggest joke ever¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
Left after one night. This is a motel, not a resort! Staff is extremely friendly but that is the only good thing I can say about that place. My room had dead roaches on the floor as well as I saw several climbing around! Not clean at all. I do not recommend staying there!
We stayed here 2 nights and thedisappointed room was terrible, the water knob in the shower was stripped out and it was hard to make the water stay off, the beds were uncomfortable, & the service was poor. I was expecting a lot better but was truly disappointed.
This is a motel not a resort and not a very good hotel. When I got here I asked for a room down stairs because I have a bad leg. They said they couldn't do that but would send someone to help get my stuff to the room. That never happen. They say they have free wifi but that don't happen either. Not a place I would recommend. The rating is not correct. I'm sure they make it what ever they want. Will not ever stay here agan.
The pools and gardens were really well kept and the evening shift manager I spoke with was a very nice, helpful woman (I wish I had talked to her sooner). I wouldn't stay here again though. I was disappointed by the rest of the staff.
