I've had no problems with them,,they have been VERY helpful each and every time I have been there,and that goes for Temple too.. To all the Staff of those two Hospitals,,Thank you for your service...
This time it was a simple mysectomy bringing my number of surgeries at this facility to 4, always top notch care. Using myhealthevet website has reduced my number of appointments and made communication with my primary care physician much easier.

The staff in the Emergency Room was great. We received almost immediate attention, and the staff was kind and thoughtful. Doctor Abe, as usual, is the absolute best!
The best VA hospital hands down, how do I know that... well because I have been going to this VA since 2005 and yes there have been issues but with some of the staffs NOT the Drs or the service as a whole. Also I worked here so I was able to see both sides of the coin, God bless every clinic and every Dr at this VA y'all don't get enough credit. Besides IS A FREE SERVICE to us veterans can you imagine paying for all of this? I don't think so.
I'm not sure who the other folks are dealing with, but in 13 years I have never had a bad experience with medical staff on any level!
