This place is getting worse!! Been waiting for 2 hours and they tell me that they don't know how much longer. Glad I enjoy doing nothing but sitting here in pain!!
This place blows, went to er last night to get a procedure performed, checked in waited an hr while other people čame in a went in front of me, then they realized they had skipped me several times. I got a room and waited three hours before doctor to even see me, his bed side manner was horrible, during the procédure He did not property inject the local so basically got cut on with no local. Visited my brother who is a patient there. Friendly, helpful people kept assisting us. Doctor was great, nurse and receptionist, even yard man outside, all helped us find our way.
I guess i am the exception to the rule. Im asked to show up 30 minutes early so i do . Usually, i am seen before my appointment time . Sometimes my appointments are 3 weeks out , but so are civilian doctors. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT CARE since beginning in 2010 after retiring.
The best staff and doctors they are very happy all the time and very kind hearts. Very helpful people. They always there to helpful us with a big smile. My husband and I are very happy with the care we received from all the staff from check in at the valet parking to check in at any front desk. Doctor mendes he is very helpful and he listen to all my husband concerns. God bless all those who work at V.A trmple.
Other than the super lack of security and all the ducking civilians.
