So I made a appt for the woman clinic in temple in noverber. 28 Dec 2016 0745I got there on time, went to the desk and the lady said my appt was canceled by them on the same day that I made it....No phone call, no cancellation paperwork sent ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was said nor sent to me. So I had an anxiety attack to which the lady behind the lady got a rn and the rn tried to help me out but she couldn't get me another appointment until Jan 30th with dr brooks. I called to schedule an appt and operator 9 was a complete asshole and unwilling to assist me without an attitude. He is part of the problem with the system! He's going to contribute to the 22 a day.
I had great doctors and nurses. Very good experience.
My blood drawn always goes without a hitch and Dr. Davenport is awesome, she really cares about her veteran patients.
We have always gotten great care from the kind and wonderful staff at the hospital.
My husband has been taken care by many physicians here. We have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly and caring. When he has been admitted he has gotten the best of care. He is in ICU right now and again he is getting the best care.
A truly wonderful experience. My husband and myself are never treated with anything but the utmost respect and kindness!!!
Great Service, Dental Clinic provide fast service. Attendant Dr., and techinician was very professional and was certain to make sure I was confortable and understand the procedure. No pain and fast procedure
I received a return call my doctor in reference to a infection and I told him I lived about an hour away and will be there asap! When I arrived and went to the pharmacy, for the first time since I was being seen, my medication was ready and I was able to return home quickly. Thanks for everything.
