These extrodinary people have dedicated their lives to help me. In the middle of my crises, they listen to me and advise me in how to live life, they're definitely my life line all of them, they've changed my life around. Without these incredible people, I wouldn't have survived . Both physically and mentally , they continue to be my life line. The doctors treat the veterans like crap in temple. They are so rude. And time means nothing to them. And heaven for bid you want to reschedule. There are more hoops to jump through than at a circus. Smh. Shame for these people that served our country and treated like crap.
Went to Brownwood Clinic for a 1 hr. Class & walk in, after 5 1/2 hrs I had to get up & go before they finished. Told me to come back next day, sorry had family to go "SEE " a Doctor next 2 days.
Went to Temple VA for surgery to repair a hernia. At every step of the process I was treated with dignity and concern. When I went in for the procedure itself - every member of the surgical team thanked me for my service and treated me with the utmost compassion. They treated my family with the same respect. I'm grateful to have served and to have earned this quality of care. Thanks to Dr. Jew and his team.
The Waco hospital is the worst hospital ever. My terrible Dr. prescribed the wrong type of medication and I, trusting she knew what she was doing, picked up the medication. Now they refuse to drop the bill even after her and her nurses admitted they messed up. This issue has been going on for months and every time I go in and talk to someone else they tell me something different. It is November and this started in April. I just want to give a huge Thank you to The Vascular Team, ICU & 3K!! Everyone we encounter is so helpful, compassionate and caring! That's what it's all about! Everyone has gone above and beyond to help my father in law ( a Vietnam veteran) and that truly means a lot!!
Vivian Minns , Womens health clinic, Temple, has been a source of tremendous comfort and help for me. I was very stressed out after a long stay at the CLC. Temple. I had lost my job, my apartment and my cat due to this lengthy illness. Through her step by step process I was able to refile for benefits which were approved in less than a month. Vivian ,CTVHCS and all the other employees have been great to me. Thank-You Everyone!!!
My VA and ICARE are overcoming hurdles in the effort to provide quality care and assistance for All Veterans in need. There are the few whom are unhappy with their care program. But in all many many more are thankful for the Veterans Administration's mission to the commitment to care for All Veterans in need.
