Almost every time I'm here something is wrong. The pharmacy is probably the worst. Not only are they slow the employees behind that glass are the rudest I've ever met anywhere. The valet is another horror story. Yesterday it took them 30 mins to bring me my car!!! Why you ask? Because they only had one attendant. I even asked where my car was. It was at least a mile walk away. I only use then because I have chronic respiratory premenstrual. Geeesh it's always something at this place!!

This is by far the worst VA I've ever saught care. It really saddens me that the service we veterans receive is subpar. If I could afford private care I would do so. We matter and i will not be treated as a number...we veterans matter!

I think that if every bed is full in the ER and you have patients that have been waiting 4 hrs, ( my husband) before they are seen, SOMEONE should communicate verbally with those waiting in the lobby of the ER. I witnessed an elderly man in a wheelchair soak through wads and wads of Kleenex of blood, before they took him back. The blood was literally dripping onto the floor! Customer relations is way better than customer service!!!!!

Checked into ER at 1:30, left at 9:30 without being seen. Sat unattended so long, I watched my puke/saliva dry up in the floor by my spot.

Google Bruce Huff for Shout Out For Our VA. I can't express my gratitude loud enough. I was just discharged again yesterday after a med reaction. Once again TOP SCORES! Every department. Every staff member wants to be there and it shows.
