They charge at least 3-5 fees every month for absolutely nothing. I moved away from downtown so I wouldnt have to rent with this company anymore. Then they bought the apartment complex I was renting in *****. They raised the price of ************** services by $300 a month and have since increased it by more than $400-$500 per month for new renters. This company is greedy and overpriced.

I moved into The Foundry September 2021.Within the first few months, I had no major complaints. In December 2021, there was a management change. It literally happened overnight (like a piece of paper in everyones door).At first, there were no major changes. Business per usual. My apartment flooded due to a watertank exploding upstairs. Furniture ruined, higher electricity **** for the equipment used to dry it up, but no reimbursement, apology or consideration. ********* from maintenance knocked on our door at 7:47am and said why didn't you tell us about the leak and we said your knock is what woke us up, its not even our leak, totally unprofessional. Rent is also up $300, my ac doesn't work it stays at 78 degrees, they removed the car cleaning area and the hot tub. Corporate won't answer my phone ... read more

This Management company does not even deserve a star, I do not know how these slum lords are allowed to get away with this. In October of 2019 We found a leak on our own and immediately notified the company, They sent out maintenance and in order to find the lead they cut holes under all our sinks, in all our bathrooms, and in our guest shower. I am livid with the poor treatment I, and many other residents at my complex, run by BH Management, have experienced over the past few years. They raise the rent to obscene amounts for existing residents (even those on a fixed income), force us to use unnecessary services like valet garbage (that never shows up to pick up the garbage anyway), double charge for EVERY FEE! This is by far the worst apartment complex service Ive ever experienced in my life. I live in **************************** and they switched managements companies a few months ago to BH Management. This has been a complete disaster from day one. Since theyve taken over the fees have piled up. They charge for trash service when its not even valet and the trash sometimes sits out side for days! Trash piled ** in the hallways where you walk. Worst management service I've ever encountered. You could pay 1m a month in rent and they'd still throw you to the curb with no service and a bad taste left in your mouth. Section 8 housing gets more service that residents of BH'smanaged properties. Whatever you do stay spitting distance from these greedy b*******

So BH Management was hired by our apartment complex and all this started. Unfortunately everything does not fit in this text box so Ill have to share only some concerns. Getting a car port assigned takes 4-5 calls and made me feel like I was asking the staff member to solve a rocket science problem. They can hang up on you with no explanation.
