If 0 stars is possible I'd give it a NEGATIVE 5. This complex is the MOST despicable place you can ever attempt to live in. DO NOT DO IT if you have the option to do so. The place is completely infested with roaches and mold. You can request maintenance to be done or pest control to be done on your unit and it never gets done. We've had roach nests hatch in my dishwasher. Pest control hasn't shown up in months, even though we request this every week. There is garbage and filth all over the hallways. Horrible apartments in nearly every way possible. I've had issues since the 1st day of moving in last June that have still not been corrected. The worst one being the air conditioner leaking water all over the floor. The flooring is a cheap stick-on that has peeled up in several places. The closet doors are ancient and sit in busted railings. The bathroom fan is old, loud, and rattles. The cheap carpet in the one bedroom is unraveling at every seam. BH Management constantly buys (and sells) rental properties, but they add very little value. To start, they misspelled my name on the contract and had numerous errors throughout. Like a lot of apartment complexes, instead of having one concise rental document, they have a generic one with 10-20 addendums for the specific property. They only give you 24 hours to inspect the property and enumerate the issues, and anything outside of those are your responsibility. Terrible resident support. BH took over our apartment building with zero notice days before the first of the month on Memorial Day weekend. The resident portal was gone with zero notice and a note left on my door to force close my auto pay to the old company Greystar. I was charged a $50.00 fee. I then had to pay a fee to get a money order to pay BH as their portal was not yet functioning. The next month I had issues with their portal and was charged a $100 late fee. If you enjoy the luxury lifestyle with amenities that are small/poorly maintained/frequently broken/dirty, consistently unresponsive management (because who wants to deal with complaining residents?), price gouging and inconsistent "market rates" for residents with the same units and similar move-out dates (but what's an extra $100/month for a dirty... *erm* I mean beautiful retention pond view when you could have a desirable... *erm* I mean disgusting pool view), 9% (on average) yearly rent increases (only if you're a peasa... read more

During my lease, i discovered a large mold growth that was not handled correctly at first and was a health risk. Management did not seem to care about my concern and did very little about it until I made my concern a priority. Upon moving out, I was recently charged for carpet damages of 450$ that is clearly normal wear and tear. It's a nice area but if you intend to live here expect management to care less about your concerns and living conditions.

BH management nehglected our plumbing issues. We had water leaking from our floor and the manager from camelback flats said it wasnt an emergency. Then they threatened to have us evicted because they didnt want to fix the plumbing issues in the apartment. They ended up sending us a letter from their attorney saying they wanted to rescind the lease and we had 15 days to move out. Then when we moved out they billed us 4,000 dollars for breaking our lease. The apartment did not have a working toilet or shower when we moved out.

If 0 stars were possible I would give it to them. When you call the corporate office the operator acts like some sort of gate keeper and she decides if she will answer the phone or not. She can't seem to keep her dog quiet in the background either so who knows if she heard what I was saying. I asked for a supervisor she refused. I called several times and she ignored the calls. These idiots sent me a check with my 7-5-3 year olds on the check then refused to release the funds because not everyone signed the check. So now my ... read more

The Gregory North & South in Cary, NC should be shut down immediately! I lived there last year and I'm still having nightmares about all of the cockroaches. I had to throw away so many of my belongings because of the roaches. The staff was unresponsive and directionless. I had to bother them relentlessly to get any information surrounding move-out procedures. Whenever Covid hit, they apparently quit spraying for pests, because the roach population exploded.
