If I could give less than 0 stars I would. My aunt apartment building caught fire on Christmas Eve. From a person who doesnt live in the building smoking a cigarette! A whole building of people are homeless and the apartment complex made all these people renew Their lease and/or sign month to month that is it! No compassion no care at all!
I was only suppose to pay $469 move out why do I now owe a ***** dollars crazy how that switch up came about. Company is a scam.
DONT move into Valley Farms Apartments! Your rent is raised every year, you are charged for every little thing, even the electricity they use to sharpen their pencils in the office, and they dont care if you can afford to live there after you sign the lease and they manage to charge you hundreds extra per month without providing any actual service because you cannot break your lease short of military deployment or death.Also, while they are charging you fees for every tiny thing, they arent holding up their end of the bargai... read more

my experience with this apartment complex has been terrible as far as maintenance concerns my dryer has been broken for 3 weeks no one has contacted me or even tried to fix a very simple problem.Very unprofessional and lack of communication.

This is concerning a property in the Austin, Tx area. - Lease violations reported go unanswered including: parking in fire lanes, working on vehicles, washing vehicles, loud music, smoking in apartments (which apparently is not a lease violation!?), kids playing sports around parked vehicles (sometimes after midnight), parking in another tenants assigned parking, blocking of roads (by placing furniture in the road), blocking other parking spaces (this happens when the above mentioned are working on or cleaning vehicles. - Of... read more
The housing units provided at NC A&T University are horrible.
I'm a resident at Valley Farms and customer service is absolutely terrible. I feel like I'm completely being ignored. I have been in contact with office staff since September 1st to notify THEM of my lease renewal. All I ever get is " I'll get back to you. " NO ONE will return my calls or emails. Meanwhile, thousands of dollars are adding up on my rent account, because I don't even know what my rent is because there was no lease renewal proposal. I need someone to help me, please. BH Management has purchased our complex and it has been an awful experience so far with promises made and not delivered! Stay away from any property managed by BH!!
