This company is the worse I've been having maintenance issues that still haven't been addressed. I have mold in my apartment that's been here for more then 3 months with nothing done about it. I call the office and they just give me the run around. I call corporate and they never return your call or get back in touch with you at all. The renter office doesn't answer the phone. I'm a former tenant and moved out on June 30th, I still have not received my security deposit back and have contacted the office and regional manager several times. Originally, the check was returned back to them since I was using a PO Box. I then provided them with my new address. This was in July. I still have not heard back or received anything in the mail. I reached out again today and maybe by leaving this review someone will contact me!

Hello! I apologize for delays in getting refunds back. We have to issue to the address provided. Reissuing after that date can see varying speed delays depending on the state and if the property has closed accounting books.
Terrible. I have lived here over a year. They have never answers my multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails. It’s like they expect your inquiry or issue to just go away. They did not maintain the pool this spring and summer, allowing people who care about not swimming in filth, to only be able to use the facilities 3-4 times over the entire season. I moved in last week and this is how they give me the apartment. Please don’t make the mistake I did and not do a walk through if I was this before hand I would not have signed the lease. And when I have talk to the manager Crystal she tells me that maintenance doesn’t touch the repairs they have to call a different company to fix it I talk to her Monday and she tells me that end of this week I will have it fixed no one has called me or apologize for the inconvenience. This isn’t even everything- Just some of the things that were wrong when they moved me into my apartment: (Broken back screen door, torn up screens on windows, broken outlets, broken blinds, broken tub stopper, trash on the patio, etc). Completely covered air vents. Broken kitchen sink. Nothing was new like they stated but they up-charged my rent for an updated apartment. Maintence men calling me from private cells phones. I can FINALLY review BH management without fear of reprisals.This management company has been the worst to operate the facility Ive lived in for the last 6 years. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 2.5 years. We had to move because we got our own place. But a month after we moved, we got a move-out statement of almost $1000. They said we damaged the carpet, the ice machine in the freezer, and some other issues.My husband and I took care of the apartment at the house. We vacuumed weekly and kept a clean home. Absolutely beautiful apartments but very understaffed. I stay in ************** in ********* ******* and the management is horrible. They hide behind their emails and ***** county police tenant. This management also uses the amenities that we pay so much for to regulate everything. I've had 2 incidents at the pool area and now I'm supposed to be banned from the area which is against the law because this is private property and my fellow tenants agree with me, unfortunately they will not speak out.
