My entire experience with BH has been a nightmare. From living with no AC in Phoenix to unexplained water damage/ cover up work "renovations". They claim to help residents but always try to drain every penny you have. Even during a pandemic and global recession they dont care. The Venue on Camelback needs to be shut down. We have also tried working with them but they insist on using poorly worded emails to attempt to defraud us further after moving out. Im sick of it. The office staff was terrible. Addison Keller Springs in Dallas TX cannot get their parking garage break ins under control. Lived at the property 6 months and over 41 cars have been broken into in a gated parking garage. Even when management is notified that there is a break in they will not even sweep/clean up the broken glass. 18 cars broken into in one night and there was still glass in the parking garage from the last break in of 23 cars over a month ago.

I've been living in Paces River apartments in Rock Hill SC for 2 years. They're Doing the bare minimum to get by. After my AC went out 5 times in a month, I spoke to the office manager asking for them to work with me on rent. I had to shuffle around for a week out of the month, sleeping in hotels, on friends couches, all while loosing sleep, stressing out, and having to constantly stay on top of the situation. I lived at The Ridge (owned by BH Management) for two years. The staff is also VERY unprofessional and they are trying to force me to re-sign my notice to vacate with a HIGHER cost AFTER I already signed my notice to vacate! For the most part, it was a good apartment with a good price, but BH Management has been so difficult to work with that I cannot wait to leave this place. I do NOT recommend living in any apartments owned by BH Management, they are unprofessional and difficult work with.

The office team here at Timber Creek Apartments go ABOVE and BEYOND to make this a GREAT place to live! Thank you for your kindness and going out of your way to make sure that (we) as residents are safe, taken care of... and showing to us that you know and care about that this is not "just an apartment" ... it is our home. Hi. I live in Marisol Vista, Pinellas Park Florida. I don't seen an email so I'll forward my complaint here in hopes something can be done. This community is okay, but has A SERIOUS pest issue. There are roaches literally EVERYWHERE, they die in the hallways and nobody cleans them except me, they are in my kitchen, they are in the laundry rooms, they are literally crawling out of my outlets. Management paid for exactly 2 visits to handle them and there has been ZERO follow up. I understand covid but I am somehow being charge... read more

Barry Crossing in Kansas City is a beautiful place with a few great amenities ! However the units have poor insulation which makes this all electric apartment with a monthly energy bill od 175.00 plus! The pay no utilities so water sewer and GAS yes the tenants pay for gas in the common areas like the office. The water bill is divided by sq ft by number of occupants in the unit and divided between all...so if yiur neigbor washed 7 loads of laundry a day u are going to help pay for this...they offer move in specials with FREE... read more

I lived at The Ashlar (previously Dana Point) in Dallas, TX. I did not have major concerns besides the office never answering the phone. My nightmare started on June 23rd, 2017. My lease was up July 31st, 2017 and I never received a renewal letter after asking for one since April,2017. I finally went into the office on June 23rd, 2017 and stayed until they gave me a renewal number. After not agreeing with the amount, I placed my notice under the office door that night. Imperial Towers-Waukegan.... they purchased this property in Sept 2019 and things have gone downhill since then. The buildings are dirty, the office is rarely there when they say they will be; if they are not in the office, the office phone rings - no voice mail picks up. I have gotten home before 5:30 most days in the past week or two and only once was the office there. Locked up with the sign they would return at 9AM.
