We reserved a new Bronco before they were released. As part of the reservation you had to put down a $100 hold basically. We read the terms from top to bottom all the small print stated that either 1. If you don't purchase the vehicle the reserve fee is returned to the person or 2. the reserve fee could be used towards the purchase of the vehicle.There was no mention that if you chose to not purchase the vehicle Etc that Casa Ford had the right to keep your *************** had the right to keep your money you would be refund... read more

I've been using Casa Ford since **** and have always been please with their knowledge and expertise, until yesterday, 11/02/2023. I took my 2012 F150 FX2 EB in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a Multi-point Vehicle "Inspection" (****). Current miles: ******... yes, that's 38k miles is not a typo.
