No ? Star truck is in service for 9 days . Need better service advisor middle man to communicate the problem to the mechanic. His 30 years of experience I still have the problem with the truck he couldn't find the problem so he can not fix the problem . I tried to help him to find the problem he was not interested in what I have to say. Told advisor to have manger possibly call me. No response .

Went in for an airbag recall. And came out with no AC working. Casa Ford dealer wants to charge me to fix it when my AC was working when I brought it in for the airbag recall.

***** my service advisor for the maintenance appointment was outstanding in every way he text me when I arrived and if I had any questions ***** would text me giving a progress report or recommendations and when my vehicle would be ready fantastic communications and excellent work was done. I have had the pleasure of purchasing yet another Ford Shelby GT 500 with Casa Ford and ****** ********.. He is the best person to buy a high end car from because he knows his business. ****** always assists me end to end by gathering all the necessary documents and working we me all the way through the Ford application and credit approval process. Worst thing I did was get my pre order to be delivered to Casa Ford. I should knew more because, first I stopped going for maintenance. Waiting time for a oil change was about 4 h.
