No ? Star truck is in service for 9 days . Need better service advisor middle man to communicate the problem to the mechanic. His 30 years of experience I still have the problem with the truck he couldn't find the problem so he can not fix the problem . I tried to help him to find the problem he was not interested in what I have to say. Told advisor to have manger possibly call me. No response .

Went in for an airbag recall. And came out with no AC working. Casa Ford dealer wants to charge me to fix it when my AC was working when I brought it in for the airbag recall.

Worst thing I did was get my pre order to be delivered to Casa Ford. I should knew more because, first I stopped going for maintenance. Waiting time for a oil change was about 4 h.
