Well, he finally got his vehicle back but with a dead battery and no air in his tires. Was promised to be taken care of under warranty and it expired under their care sent me home with and oil change and said it was fixed this took a month only to get a broken vehicle back. Brought it back and was told it would be taken care of, not the case was told the cam phasers we're failing fix would be a little over 2000 for the issue I had initially told them about. 1 month later and talking to ford directly I finally got my vehicle back still had to pay ~$120 after paying for the first fix of $200.

They will promise you anything to get you to buy a vehicle. ********************************************* Bought a truck with an existing problem that they promised to take care of and they have given me the run around for 4 months now with zero results. *************************************************************** ********************************************************

Terrible customer service at Casa Ford Lincoln after sale is done. Trying to get a hold of anyone here is very difficult after the sale, but before that when you enquire information or you are interested in making a purchase from them they call you every 5 minutes. This customer service should be the same after the sale is done. Bought my vehicle here about a month ago. I was suppose to get a follow up call to get me a few things. 1. Today Monday, 6/21/21, I went to have my A/C serviced at Casa Ford. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for a service advisor I was finally asked what I needed. I told the service rep, that my A/C probably needed freon. I wanted the A/C checked out. He told me I had to leave my Ford F-150 there until Wednesday, 6/23/21, probably until after 5:30pm, for it to be serviced. He asked if I had another car or if I could borrow one from someone. Bought my new ford ranger on february 10th 2021, and have still not received my license plates.(it is now april 10th). I work out of town and only here in el paso on the weekends. I drive from the northeast part of town every weekend where i live, and the plates are not in. I went for my first oil change a couple of weeks ago, and was told i had to pay 18.00 for the texas vehicle inspection because it was a dealer trade from new mexico, and never texas inspected.
