When I called and described my situation, the young lady in the service department was so kind and helpful. I was extremely happy and surprised that the mobile unit would come out to me. The dealership I bought my vehicle from wouldn’t. The tech arrived early, had to go pick up the parts and was done before noon. I am telling anyone who will listen to me to use Casa Ford service. Bought my vehicle from Casa Ford September 2022 and as of today I have not received my TX registration. The tag that I have on my vehicle expired November 19. The last time I went in to see what was going on with my plates I was told that because the previous owner, who has since passed on, signed the title in the wrong place, the application to change the title had to be re-submitted. Greed. I placed an order for my Bronco in 2020 when nobody was buying cars. Now it’s finally ready in October 2022 and they want to charge me $5,000 over MSRP. Back in December of 2021 I asked about the process of ordering a 2022 F250 and I was told by a sales manager the price would be MSPR plus freight and no additional fees except tax and registration. I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick December 20, 2021 with an estimated 3 to 6 month delivery. My vehicle was scheduled to be built 7 March 2022, so I contacted Casa Ford 10 March 2022 to discuss the window sticker price. I went to Casa Ford 11 March 2022 with a copy of my window sticker to show to my salesman. The window sticker price was $26,340.
