Service advisor wasn't very helpful or informative at all looks like she wasn't very helpful seems to she does not like her job she told me I needed an alignment when I had one when I purchased my tires at ****** tires she did not offer a opportunity to purchase my tires at Casa Ford!!

Ive had my MKX services at Casa since it was new. Always had concierge service, which means they bring out a car trade my car take my car in and repair it. Then swap cars back after it was ready. This past one for whatever reason I was not able to get the service concierge to talk to me. I left several messages and did not receive a call back. so I set up an appointment online which had several items it was supposed to happen such as the tire rotation which I know didnt happen because the left front tire had 28 pounds of air... read more

I took my truck in for an oil change and mentioned it was making a peculiar noise. My service manager, ******, worked with me on getting everything done and was able to utilize my warranty to help save money! I appreciate all the efforts which started from when I purchased the truck and ***** worked with me on getting the best deal.

Went to casa Ford for a recall on rear axel. Although I was referred to them by the **** DEALERSHIP on the WestSide in which I would not name. Casa handled it with class and professionalism as always. Thats why when I bought my truck it was from them. The Recall vehicle is my wifes and I bought it from the west side like I mentioned. They basically stated they didnt know how to fix and sent me to Casa took care of me bottom line. ***** did a great job taking care of me. Thanks Casa

The financve manager took one look at us and said this is our offer. Take it or leave it. ******** was lovely but even finance didn't even want to answer when he asked why.

After agreeing on a sale price and trade value, the dealership started adding additional warranty and add-on. When I stated I didn't want these add ons they backed out of the deal.Later they called back asking if I wanted to "see what they can do" no thanks.
