Great service and experience
When car shopping it can definitely be an experience. For most of us, waiting in a show room for hours is dreadful and tiring, not to mention you start getting hungry and it’s nerve wrecking waiting to see if you will get qualified. Took my Explorer in for service, Sergio M. was my service advisor and took very good care of me and my vehicle. I waited for my vehicle and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The dealer had water, coffee, and popcorn available for customers. My overall experience was very good and I would like to thank Sergio for the great and professional service she provided.
