I brought my daughters Escape in for service because the instrument cluster had a warning light saying that two tire inflation sensors were not working. The service advisor ******* had it checked out within an hour and told me parts would have to be ordered. She said it would take about a week to get the parts but she would call me when the parts were in. To my surprise the parts came in the next day and were installed the following day. As a dad I wasnt at ease having my daughter drive around without the car being repaired.... read more

The service itself was great, and my salesman ***** ***** was outstanding he deserves full recognition. However, the management team was deceptive and frustrating. I requested to remove the add-ons, and after some back-and-forth, the manager claimed he adjusted the deal to meet my preferred monthly payments. I asked about adding side steps, and he said he could include them for $1,000, promising that the cost of the original steps would be refunded and that hed work it out with the bank.Later, in the finance office, I was to... read more

***** team here is amazing. I stopped in after the recommendation of a friend (another highly satisfied customer) and was prepared for the inevitable sales tactics and run around. That was not the experience my family and I received at all. We were greeted immediately by **** *******. He wasnt pushy, found the car we saw online and answered every question we had. Lost an injector on my 6.0 powerstroke, while on vacation traveling through ************** at Casa Ford got me in, diagnosed, and back on the road in a matter of a couple days. And saved me a couple hundred $$ on the original quote! Excellent communication, service, and quality repairs! I would know, I worked for a **** dealership and am a mechanic with 25+ years experience. These folks are good at their jobs! A+ for Casa Ford!!!

You can never go wrong with Casa Fords service department! They took my car in an emergency when my driver s side door wouldnt shut and gladly they helped me without having an appointment! A great job they did as well as *** ******* *******, the service representative, shes not only professional but kind and very helpful. Thank you Casa Ford.
