Body panels that were replaced needed spot welds. Welds were attempted but didn't penetrate metal so it's basically tacked on. My battery was dead and my ECU was not responsive. I had to pay to get a trailer and tow my vehicle home after repairs and a month and a half later. I kept getting told it will be ready and it never was. After I got my car home, I had to program my ECU and security on my car to make it run. I am not pleased with the service.
Exceptional customer service by service advisor, Javier Mendoza. He delivered outstanding service attention and made sure the best hands in the shop completed the task at hand. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Javier and the rest of the Casa Ford Team!!!
