worst experience ever buying a used car in Casa Ford el paso, sold me $6000 dlls in waranties with lies on my used car telling me if i didnt buyed waranties loan will not be approved, i new later that finance seller just lied and doesnt work anymore there, also car was very high price of $27,000 dlls, after 8 months i want to get a new car here and they want to give me $10,000 dlls for the car, so now iam $16,000 negative, iam trying to talk to general manager to get help or do a dispute on the deal.

I am very disappointed with Casa Ford. This dealership employs deceptive trade practices, including bait-and-switch tactics, which raises serious concerns about their integrity. I strongly advise others to steer clear of doing business here. I had been considering purchasing trucks for my roofing business, and in hindsight, Im relieved to have avoided that.
