Refinanced home and was pleased with the process. There were lots of different employees who handled application throughout the different stages, but each one was always willing to help and clarify questions and concerns. Professional staff.

I was very uptight when I found my home loan had been taken over by a company with whom I was not familiar, Carrington Mortgage- however the transfer was seamless. They later contacted me about doing a refinance and while I was nervous about doing one at all (and at the time was recuperating from major surgery) again they made tte process almost painless. This company bought my mortgage from **** ** ******* and I couldnt be happier! Not only did they immediately offer me a FHA simple refinance where they paid most of the closing costs, but they also reviewed my escrow and reduced that also. ****had recently lost a suit where they were overcharging for escrows!. Great customer service and fast communications. I am a happy guy!
