This was a wonderful experience. My loan officers were very knowledgeable and were very easy to reach by phone or email. They really made the process quick and painless.
I had a very good experience with staff at Carrington. They are very professional and courteous. All my questions were answered in a way I was able to understand the process.
This company is the a predatory lender in the way they do business with consumers. My mortgage was sold to them by BofA whom I have never had issues with. I cannot get a straight answer on anything I have requested. From Payment history to Escrow payments,

Anyone looking for a home loan, PLEASE use another company. Csrrington Mortgage miss reports payments on a continual basis. In the last 2 years alone I have made several on time payments that have not been updated on my credit report. I also have 2 on time payments that were reported late. I have filed disputes with the credit bureau, they are pending now. The customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with in my life.
