BROUGHT MY TOYOTA SIENNA IN THERE TWICE FOR ABS PROBLEMS...SCANNED IT AND SAID IT WAS MY CATALYTIC, REPLACED ALL THAT $1,100. STILL HAVE ABS SENDING FALSE SIGNALS....SCANNED IT AGAIN FOR ANOTHER $130 AND COULDN'T FIND ABS PROBLEMS.. SAID MY BALL JOINT WAS BAD AND REPLACED THAT , 3.4 HOURS LABOR MY MECHANIC LOOKED UP AND IT SAID 2HRS TO COMPLETE @130 HR x1.4 HRS 4195 overcharge. SENT ME HOME BROKE W/O FIXING ABS... Worst dealership I have ever been to. WARNING Costco Members, Costco Discount is a joke as they will try get the money back elsewhere, and always have a good reason for it. It took us more than 6 hours to make a deal on a car that we were totally willing to buy, and that was because of their selling tactics (time share tactics). would not recommend it to anyone, go somewhere else. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE, EVEN FOR SERVICE.

Stopped in today to make an appointment for 10k mile maintenance and they said can you wait, we can do it today. Outstanding service. The three employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that I purchased a vehicle from you!

If I could put a -5 stars I would. My mother had her car serviced there this past summer and the service department is disgustingly rude .

Purchased my car 2 years ago, had some headaches with plates. Got over it. Went to use my spare key today and noticed it was uncut and not programmed. When I purchased the vehicle I was told the second key was missing and that they would make me a new one. Stupid me being extremely annoyed with getting my plates late didn't check the key. Had enterprise not mailed me the missing key, I would not be able to use my vehicle. I would rather drive a half hour to another dealership than deal with Carlson Toyota again.

I had a ver good experience with Carlson Toyota. Living in Woodbury I did not want to have to make the long ride there without knowing they had my 2017 Highlander for the price I wanted. I worked with Josh Miller on email and over the photo me and came to a deal within an hour. Pick up the next day went smoothly and they will upsell you on extras so be ready -- every dealership does this. Some make sense some don't depending on what you want. I had one issue which they resolved immediately in my favor.

We had a Great Experience at Carlson Toyota. Andrew the sales rep helped us purchase a vehicle through the Costco buyer program. It was an easy no pressure sale. He helped us find a RAV4 that had everything we wanted. We love our RAV4 and would recommend Carlson Toyota.
