We've had pretty good luck at Carlson!!! We used to visit Luther Brookdale Toyota but decided to switch to Carlson because they're much closer. Both dealers are great when it comes to service. We've got 5 Toyota's in the family. My wife and I each have newer RAV4's, my son has a newer Camery, one of my daughter's has a 2008 RAV4 with about 150K on it and the other daughter has a 2003 Camry with 200K+ on it.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a used car. Salesman was your typical over the top BS sales guy that gives used car salesmen a bad name. Agreed on a price, after the usual numerous trips to "ask the manager". While waiting for paperwork to be drawn up, I'm told the computer doesn't work, it's not accepting the price we agreed on, that he'll call me Monday. Got home, called back to speak with a manager, got the finance dept. Told him my story, he "talked to the manger", then called me back and said they'd sell me the car ... read more

I bought my daughter a new-to-her Mazda 6 from Larry. He was wonderful! He offered to show me a certified Toyota for a price that was over my budget, and immediately backed off when I explained that I couldn't go that high. He found us a car that made my daughter smile for 2 days and counting. MUCH better experience than the one at Coon Rapids Chrysler a couple years ago.
