We just leased our 5th vehicle from Carlson. Preston has helped us with 4 of those, including our new Rav 4 we leased today. Larry our salesman did an amazing job I gave him a call looking for a vehicle he had it pulled up and ready to go before I got there. He was knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and he took my wife needs and wants as a priority since this car was for her. After buying he spend quality time to go through the vehicle which was great. You need some who cares what you want and do what he can for you and answer any questions without being pushed into anything ask for Larry.

We had an Oil Coolant Hose break on our 2010 Sienna causing over 5 quarts of oil to leak from the van while I was driving 65 miles an hour before I had any indication anything was wrong. There was an enhancement to the warranty for this part but the service department wanted to charge us $65 to clean up the oil and $130 to run the diagnostics for a check engine light that resulted from the breakage (oil on a sensor). Barbara, we still strive to improve each and every day. With that being said, we apologize that we weren't on the same page here. The warranty enhancement does not pay us to clean off the excess oil from under the vehicle and since five quarts leaked out, it takes some time to fully clean it.
